Shipping & Returns

Most items are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to be prepared for shipment. I strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of my products I ask that all customers be aware of this production window. 

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from Skullptress for the first time.

I truly appreciate your support of Skullptress jewelry. If any issues arise with your order, I will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.


All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Mail. 


  Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be in love with your purchase, however as each piece of jewelry is handmade, outside of repair and defects, I do not accept returns on jewelry. If your jewelry has been damaged or is defective, please email for a repair authorization within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Exchanges must be mailed within 7 days of receiving your order and must be accompanied with a Return Authorization number. Please email for this number and approval.

All Sale Items (including items purchased with a promo code) are FINAL SALE


Conditions of Exchange

Skullptress is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Skullptress does not refund shipping charges on return items.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Skullptress reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.



All international orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

The international shipping cost incurred at time of checkout is non-refundable. Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that an International Shipment is refused by the receiver.
