How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders placed before 1pm PST time are dispatched the next business day, this includes orders sent with our USPS Priority Mail.

Please note: during busy periods or during a new collection launch or sale, there may be some delays 

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email me. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and Holidays will be processed the next business day.

How can I track my item?

Once you order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order.

Will there be delays?

During sale events or durning a new collection launch there may be delays on shipping, we truly appreciate your patience during these times.

What can I do if my promo code is not working?

Gift Cards are case sensitive so please check your caps lock. If you are still having trouble applying your promo code or Gift Card, please email me.

How can I use a gift voucher/promo code?

After you have added all the items to your card, please go to PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. You will then have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

Will I have to pay for customs and duties?

Yes, all international customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Skullptress is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

What do I do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?

Please email me ASAP with your Order Number and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. For a faulty item, we request that you also include a photo of the fault.

How much will shipping cost?

- Free Shipping for all orders over $100

- Flat Rate First Class Shipping $5 for orders under $100

- Priority Mail $7.50

Can I ship to a PO Box or Hotel?

Within the USA, we can ship to a PO Box, but sadly cannot ship to hotels.

If you are shipping outside of the USA we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Hotels.

Can I Change My Order?

As I start processing orders immediately after they are placed, I am not able to make any changes or cancel orders once they are placed.

How will my order will be packaged?

Whether you are shopping for yourself or a loved one, I want each and every order to feel like a special gift! To help achieve this, I’ve been trialing some eco recycled and/or biodegradable packaging options over the last few months, I’m testing out designs, looking for the perfect one that you and our planet will love.

Your order will be sent in our 100% organic cotton eco bags, our smaller sizes feature a drawstring closure with our larger sizes being a tote style. To ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, they will be sent in our 100% biodegradable poly bags.

Some orders may be shipped with recycled kraft boxes with Skullptress logo or handmade paper pouches.

If your item retails for over $200, it will be sent in our signature black leather Skullptress pouch and will be wrapped in black recycled tissue paper.

Our Eco Drawstring Bags are unbleached, organic cotton & reusable. We thank you for choosing to walk a little lighter on this earth.

I moved to 100% Bio-degradable polybags in 2016. these bags break down naturally, they can be placed in your compost or organics waste bin.

Do you offer return or exchanges?

Yes, I offer 30 day returns on all items. For all information regarding returns, please visit the Returns page here.

To return an item, I need to provide you with a RMA Number. Please complete the Return Request Form here.

I will reply with your RMA Number within two to five business days, and will also provide you with the address to send your return to.

Please Note:

- Your RMA Number must be clearly marked on the front of your returned parcel.

- For a refund, your return must be in original condition with their tags attached.

Upon receipt of the items, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavor to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalized.

I do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Skullptress is not liable for the loss of products being returned. I recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
